Article 1 : Right to Withdraw
According to D. Lgsl. 206/2005 and subsequent changes, concerning consumer protection in long-term contracts, Naturalmente Marylin informs the customer of the following:
(a) The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods ordered for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty;
(b) only the customer who purchases the goods for purposes unrelated to his economic and work activities may exercise the right of withdrawal, providing for billing his tax code and not the VAT number;

1.2 Contents of the withdrawal declaration

(c) the description and code of the products to which the willingness to withdraw refers;

1.4 Customer’s obligations

Goods control
The customer and/or the person responsible for the collection of the goods will be required to check, at the time of delivery and in the presence of the transporter, theintegrity of the packages delivered and the relevant number,indicating in writing any discrepancies in the number and/or integrity of the packages in the appropriate space reserved in the transport slip (DDT) that duly subscribed will remain to the transporter. After this, the customer will have to contact Naturalmente Marylin to report any issues within 10 days of delivery.

Naturalmente Marylin will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the failure to execute the sales agreement for the above cases, that is, for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the use or impossibility of the use of the purchased products, having the Customer entitled only to the possible return of the price paid, excluding any shipping costs.
